session guide & policies

A signed contract and non-refundable retainer are required to book. Remaining balances are due by the session date. One reschedule is permitted with 48 hours’ notice; cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows forfeit the retainer. A 10-minute grace period is allowed; late arrivals may result in shortened sessions. Proof galleries and final images are delivered according to session type timelines; editing begins after client selections are received. The photographer retains full copyright to all images; usage rights are granted per contract. Images may not be altered, resold, or used for AI training without written permission. Booking confirms agreement to all policies.
